I got up to 228 lbs, my goal for christmas is 220lbs, im now again at 335lbs, omg and I lost weight by not eating um
Food: Spaghetti Bolognese but with Qourn mince, 2 packets of french fries
Food: curry, chicken salad baguette, wine gums :)
Excerise: done abit of Banish fat boost metabolism
2 cheese sandwichs, steak pie only a little one, cheesy pasta, 2 sasuage rolls, and 2 packets of crips
Okays so I weighed myself on a empty stomach and I was 234 lbs okokok
Food: 5 chewing gums, 4 cookies, a bag of gummy sweets, snack box from kfc, box of chips and cold pizza
wish i had more control..
Was at skegness but I weighed myself and im 237lbs, fuck.
Food; a slice of pizza, 3 chciken strips, pasta with cheese, 2 packets of crips and 4 sausage rolls
need to weigh myself tomorrow
and I will not be recorsding this weekend as im going skegness with my best friend
Food; Meatballs, Cheese Sandwich, 3 mamos sweeets, about 7 cookies, lol and 3 packets of crisps
Day 7; forgetting that day hahaha
Food - Mcdonalds sweat chilli wrap, cheese and ham sanwich, 2 mccoys crips and 2 hula hoops.
Food: Big Mac meal, 5 slices of pizza and 2 cheese sandwich’s and chewing gum
